Why Aaroha?
Aroha represents ascent, growth, love, and compassion—values that guide our psychological practice. Rooted in both Sanskrit and Māori meanings, the name reflects our commitment to supporting individuals as they rise toward greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, resilience, and healthier relationships through compassionate, collaborative care.
